The best definition of <i>moe</i> I've got is a form of cute that's similar to the English word precious, meaning cute and harmless in a precious, usually non-sexual way. However, confusion seems to exist regarding this term and it is also used in all the other ways the English word cute is, including to talk about someone being attractive.
