I was wondering, do u use screen tones in your manga?or do you just do everything on Photoshop?

Actually it is all done on photoshop. I stopped using actual sheets of screentone. I use the halftone filter sometimes on there. Along with the paint brushes. I don't know if you can tell, because after things get shrunk down, everything kind of runs together.
If you saw the actual art of The WhoGirl, the art would be a little bit sketchy around the edges. I was trying for this look for TWG. Thought it would add to the effect of the story.

Oh okay...i was just wondering because im getting into comic art too and im not sure if i should spend on screen tones or not. I guess ill stick with the photoshop

Hmm Kyoko, These links don't work, sorry..but I think I remember reading the first few pages somewhere. I thought it was pretty good, I would like to read it again to see how it's progressed. I remember one thing though, it looked as if the speech bubbles were drawn kinda small. I don't know how to make them on the computer, but I think they should have been a little bigger. Some of the letters would overlap on the line.... but other than that, great comic! ;D ;D ;D

Speaking of manga...has anyone heard or read of the comic called Death? Its really cool...(If youre into goth stuff that is) But i really like it.
